Coaches Serving Coaches

Some of the finest high school volleyball coaches in the country compete in Indiana.  The level of play in the Hoosier State is considered one of the best in the United States at the high school level.  It’s only going to get better.

One of the primary focuses of the IHSVCA is provide resources to every coach so they can improve their technical, personnel and game management skills.  Listed below are some of the opportunities the IHSVCA will provide its membership:

• Mentorship opportunity from some of the best in the country.
• Training videos and webinars are what some of the best coaches in the state are doing to improve their team’s level of play.
• Instruction on how to improve your game management skills. Examples include:  using your subs effectively, using all of your coaches to get a buy in from your staff, pre-match checklist to make the match run smoothly, webcasting your matches for your extended community.
• Conducting a top-notch fall coaches’ clinic.
