Coach Duncan is currently in her 10th year as the Crown Point Head Volleyball Coach. In 2013, Crown Point won its first volleyball sectional title in 21 years. In 2016 and 2017 her teams won conference titles for the first time in school history. Since then, her teams have gone on to win 3 Regional Titles, 2 Semi-State titles, and 2 4A State Runner up titles. She has been honored with DAC Conference coach of the year, 4A North Coach of the Year, and 4A State Coach of the Year. She is a 2000 Andrean High School alum and coached there for 5 years upon graduation from college. As the head coach, Duncan won a sectional and advanced to the regional final each year. In 2008, her team won the NCC Conference which enabled her to collect NCC Coach of the Year accolades. Duncan has had 26 players go on to play college volleyball.
In high school, she played for the Dunes Volleyball Club and went on to play at Saint Mary′s College Notre Dame. In college, she was a two-year captain, 2 times most valuable player, the conference player of the week, and selected twice to the MIAA All-Conference Team.
Coach Duncan has a Bachelor′s Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Valparaiso University. In 2012, she obtained TTT license in business through Calumet College of St. Joseph and finished her career and technical education license from Ball State University.
