The nominee must be an active contributor to your volleyball program (ie -manager, statistician, or volunteer coach)
A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required
Coaches MUST include an official transcript for each support staff member nominated. THE YEAR IN SCHOOL/GRAD YEAR AND WEIGHTED GPA MUST BE HIGHLIGHTED.
